To serve you better please see return policy details below; Eligibility for Returns are only accepted within the following Terms and Conditions; Product(s) has not been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way and must be returned to StarXstore in the same condition in which it was delivered. StarXstore reserves the right to determine whether a product(s) is in original condition. All original labels and tags must be attached. Notify us within 3 days from the date item was delivered and then you may return the item within 10 days of receiving the order. We offer a quicker dispute solution. To return a product, please provide photos or videos of the damaged item to prove the item is damaged. If a photo cannot prove the product is damaged, please upload a video or screenshot showing the damaged product and email to us along with a short note that describes the issue, using the email provided on our contact page of this site. Also send the item to the address provided on the contact page of this site. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a confirmation email. Upon approval, we will begin processing your refund.
